Why Do We Need a New Normal?

People matter to God, even if they don’t know it yet. But, because of hurts, mistakes, experiences or circumstances, too many people view God as irrelevant or unreachable. Do you know someone struggling to hold their family together? Do you know anybody who could use something hopeful and helpful right now? Is someone you know buckling under the pressure and chaos of competing expectations? What are we going to do about these people who are close to harm and far from God? Break conventional molds to manifest God’s love and offer practical steps towards new beginnings.

Environments

Chapel & Commons. A comfortable and artistic place that’s open to the regional community during the week, not just for Granger church people or services. Everything will be designed as an invitation—from soft seating with conversations and mini-meetings in mind to inspirational retail, from quality food and beverages to good music. People will meet and friends can gather—no strings attached. For the “theology of space,” we’ll use contemporary architecture to express vintage faith. The new chapel will create vertical space that helps point people towards God during transitional life events, weddings, funerals and private reflection.

Education

Preschool. Activate our world-class children’s center during the week with staffing and curriculum that provides world-class education. We’ll use tactile approaches from today’s world, nature and environments to enhance the teaching, as well as provide structure that allows for personalized attention. Biblical instruction will be integrated at every level to help kids learn socialization and principles to love each other.

Expansion

New Sites & New Technology. Our focus isn’t tradition. It’s Biblical necessities and people in need. So we’re going to where people live, work or play—physically and virtually. We’ll launch churches and missional communities with essential spiritual education, training and mentorship to help build confidence and commission people anytime, anywhere. No closing time. Can you picture deploying faith advocates into every domain of society to launch, reproduce and transform communities with the love of Jesus.

Erase

Debt Reduction. As has been true in every project we have launched, we set aside a portion of every dollar given to reduce our debt. We won’t cut corners on financial responsibility.
